Living Landscapes by Gregorio Tech was founded by Seymour Gregorio, a seasoned landscape professional and licensed pesticide applicator with a background in technology and data analytics. As a senior lawn foreman, Seymour has led high-end turf, garden, and landscape construction projects in Chittenden County — earning a reputation for detail, reliability, and care.
With a unique blend of horticultural & turf expertise and technical insight, Seymour launched Living Landscapes to bridge the gap between traditional land care and modern innovation.
His mission is to leverage innovative technology to help Vermont homeowners lower or stabilize the rising costs of landscape maintenance — strengthening both household budgets and the communities they’re part of.
